Practice ground in community

We spend a large part of the year discovering what it's like to live together. The common threads? Living together, having a role to play, living off the land, working with the land, staying active, and celebrating life. We want to increasingly implement these values at Schouteveld.

We strive for a place of co-creation and connection. We consciously choose to discover our common ground and deepen our relationships, because we want to co-create based on a shared vision.

Vision
The vision is clear: living and co-creating together for a large part of the year. Does this resonate with you?

What moves you? What drives you? What do you want to bring into the world, and how do you contribute to something bigger than yourself?
This is not just about receiving what you need, but also about what you come to share and bring.

Do you feel connected to this place and what we do here, based on your own life project, your passion, and your energy? These are essential to the larger whole we create together. We support each other in realizing our life projects. This starts with connection: with yourself, with each other, and with the land.

Practical
The monthly financial investment in 2026 is €425 for a maximum of two people and one child, or one adult and two children.
Dogs €30 per month. Cats are unfortunately not welcome.
We also ask everyone to contribute four hours a week, based on their own life projects, to the space and to each other. What this will entail will be discussed. Think of creative projects, cooking together for the group, DIY and construction work, working in the vegetable garden, childcare and activities for the children, organizing homeschooling, etc.
Meetings (once or twice a week) are not optional, but part of our vision. This is therefore an additional investment.

Procedure
If you're interested, please contact us. We'll send you more information. If you're still interested, we'd love for you to join us for at least two months to experience the process and get to know each other. From there, we'll discuss whether it feels right for everyone.
